仕事内容

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for customer management, within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommend standards and set sales targets. Establishes and maintains sales relationships with customers, with the objective to grow business and achieve sales goals 1. Owner of Sales budget, Target setting, Gross Margins and EBITDA meeting all expectations, ensure expenses meet budget and are managed in the cost efficient way. 2. Responsible for developing Cluster & Market strategies, tactical executional go to market plans, pricing strategies market data and competitive intelligence data. 3. Ensures that the Sales process and CRM tool usage are respected and followed during entire sales process. 4. Responsible for conducting business according to contracts, in a business ethical way and to the Graphics business culture. 5. Drives Customer Management, Customer relationship and Common agenda activities for all customers and distributors in Japan. 6. Supports Operations, Customer Service and Technical service to ensure accurate forecast, customers statistics, inventory information, payment on time and to resolve technical issues, claim and complaints in the most cost efficient way.
